Medical providers who join the GDP program receive three essential forms that are needed for the enforcement program. The estimated time needed to fill out the forms with each patient is 5 minutes.
What type of online training and materials do you provide to members?
First, we provide a 5-minute training video. That’s right; in as little as five minutes, each member of your staff can learn how to use the GDP Enforcement Program. Next, we provide a PDF with written instructions that you can download. Finally, we email the forms you need for your practice as soon as you sign up.
Do you provide any other type of training or support after we sign up and receive the initial materials?
Yes. You can a submit support ticket, email us or call us on the phone.
What do you mean by 360º Enforcement?
GDP 360º Support means that after the consumer has signed the forms, and you submit them to us, we take it from there. We notify the insurance companies, with letters, phone calls and emails, and we speak to adjusters and their supervisors in an effort to make sure that you get paid. Our combined efforts and expertise result in a high percent of our cases settling without the need to litigate.
To what does “Litigation Enforcement” refer?
In rare instances, we need to hire local attorneys to file suit against an insurance adjuster who refuses to pay. In every case we have filed, we have been successful in extracting payment for the doctors.
What is Unlimited Support?
When you become a Paid Subscriber of GDP, we provide support for as long as you remain a member. For a limited time, we offer this support for the life of your membership. We reserve the right to charge an annual fee for support to later subscribers. So, if you sign up today and remain a member, you will not ever be charged an annual membership fee. Support includes support tickets, online videos, live training for individuals and groups upon request, and live phone support.
How to you charge for your program?
We charge an initial set up fee and membership fee for joining, and for that fee, you will receive a form review as well as our own forms. We also charge a contingent fee on every case that you retain us to enforce. There are no annual fees, maintenance fees or any other fees associated with our service.
